Sec. 9. Except as otherwise provided in this article, the organization of a mutual insurance holding company under a plan under this article must be conducted in compliance with the provisions of IC 27-1-6 concerning the formation of domestic insurance companies. As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.30.
