Insurance company membership in risk retention group

Sec. 20. A risk retention group may not do business in Indiana if an insurance company is directly or indirectly a member or owner of that risk retention group, other than in the case of a risk retention group all of whose members are insurance companies. As added by P.L.162-1988, SEC.2.
