Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a policy of accident and sickness insurance that provides coverage for both of the following: (1) Orally administered cancer chemotherapy. (2) Cancer chemotherapy that is administered intravenously or by injection. As added by P.L.46-2009, SEC.1.
