Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "policy of accident and sickness insurance" refers to a policy of accident and sickness insurance (as defined in IC 27-8-5-1) that provides coverage for anatomical gifts, transplantation, or related health care services. As added by P.L.2-2019, SEC.9.
