Sec. 6.5. (a) The association may request information from a member insurer to aid in the exercise of the association's power under sections 6 and 6.2 of this chapter. (b) A member insurer that receives a request under subsection (a) shall promptly comply with the request. As added by P.L.193-2006, SEC.20.
