Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "Indiana savings association" means: (1) a savings association whose home office is located in Indiana; or (2) a federal savings association whose home office is located in Indiana. As added by P.L.193-1997, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.29-2022, SEC.15.
