Director's authority to compromise, settle, and collect civil penalties

Sec. 904. The director, in the exercise of reasonable judgment, is authorized to compromise, settle, and collect civil penalties from a person for a violation of: (1) a provision of this chapter; or (2) an order issued or promulgated pursuant to this chapter. As added by P.L.222-2025, SEC.5.
