"Virtual currency kiosk"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "virtual currency kiosk" means an electronic terminal through which the operator of the electronic terminal is able to conduct or facilitate a virtual currency transaction on behalf of a third party, including by: (1) connecting to a separate virtual currency exchange that performs the transaction; or (2) drawing on virtual currency in the possession of the operator.
