Disbanding political committee by personal representative of decedent who was candidate or treasurer of a candidate's committee

Sec. 12. A personal representative of a decedent who was a treasurer or candidate for office may disband the committee associated with the decedent's office or campaign. As added by P.L.227-2023, SEC.137.
