"Beneficiary"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "beneficiary" means an individual for whom property: (1) has been transferred to; or (2) is held under a declaration of trust by; a custodial trustee for the individual's use and benefit under this chapter. As added by P.L.3-2003, SEC.1.
