Release of medical history; supplementation

Sec. 1. The state registrar: (1) shall release a copy of the medical history to any interested person; (2) may release a copy of the medical history to any person who satisfies the registrar that the person has a legitimate need; and (3) shall supplement the medical history with medical information received from any person.
