Sec. 16. (a) The department shall keep written records of the monitoring activities and inspections. (b) The department of homeland security shall perform inspections of group homes in accordance with IC 22-14-2-11. As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.273. Amended by P.L.28-2026, SEC.45.
