Transfer of guardianship matters to juvenile court

Sec. 0.3. On July 1, 2001, all guardianship of the person matters: (1) that are pending in a court other than a juvenile court; and (2) over which a juvenile court has exclusive original jurisdiction under this chapter, as amended by P.L.217-2001; shall be transferred to the juvenile court. A matter transferred under this section shall be treated as if it were originally filed in the juvenile court. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.510.
