Sec. 11. "Adoption history", for purposes of IC 31-19-17 through IC 31-19-24, means: (1) identifying information (as defined in section 122 of this chapter); (2) the medical history (as defined in section 159 of this chapter); and (3) nonidentifying information (as defined in section 165 of this chapter).
