Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "lender" means a person whose name appears on the records of a museum as the person legally entitled to, or claiming to be legally entitled to, property held by the museum. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-10-1.] As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.19.
