Sec. 5. There is established a superior court in Vanderburgh County that consists of seven (7) judges who hold office for six (6) years and until their successors are elected and qualified. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-43-1.] As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.
