Witnesses in certain actions

Sec. 3. Except as provided in section 3.5 of this chapter, a witness in an action listed in IC 33-37-4-2, IC 33-37-4-3, IC 33-37-4-4, IC 33-37-4-6, and IC 33-37-4-7 is entitled to the sum of the following: (1) An amount for mileage at the mileage rate paid to state officers for each mile necessarily traveled to and from the court.
