Sec. 2. If the amount collected by the clerk is more than the amount required, the clerk shall: (1) retain the administrative fee described in section 3 of this chapter; and (2) refund the excess amount. As added by P.L.78-2014, SEC.17. Amended by P.L.106-2022, SEC.9.
