Sec. 11. The secretary of state shall maintain on the secretary of state's Internet web site an electronic data base of active: (1) remote notaries public; and (2) vendors of technology that are approved by the secretary of state under section 6 of this chapter. As added by P.L.59-2018, SEC.64.
