"Levy"

Sec. 112. "Levy", for purposes of section 107 of this chapter and IC 34-55-10, means the seizure of property under a writ of attachment, a garnishment, an execution, or a similar legal or equitable process issued to collect a debt. As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.
