Sec. 131. "News service", for purposes of IC 34-15-4, means an entity that is either a membership association or a corporation with subscribers that: (1) gathers and transmits news to its members or subscribers; and (2) maintains an office in Indiana. As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.
