Sec. 135. (a) "Offender", for purposes of IC 34-13-3-7, means a person who is committed to the department of correction or was committed to the department of correction. (b) "Offender", for purposes of IC 34-58, means a person who is committed to the department of correction or incarcerated in a jail. As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.
