Sec. 27. (a) "Child", for purposes of IC 34-23-2, has the meaning set forth in IC 34-23-2. (b) "Child", for purposes of IC 34-30-11, includes a child of any age. (c) "Child", for purposes of IC 34-30-29, means an individual less than eighteen (18) years of age who does not have the capacity to exit a motor vehicle. (d) "Child", for purposes of IC 34-31-4, means an unemancipated person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age. As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.
