Sec. 70. "Financial interest", for purposes of IC 34-30-13.5-3, means an ownership or investment interest through equity, debt, or other means. The term includes an ownership or investment interest in an entity that holds, either directly or through a subsidiary, an ownership or investment interest. As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.
