Sec. 164.4. "Imitation firearm", for purposes of IC 35-47-9-2, means an object or device that is substantially similar in coloration and overall appearance to a firearm that a reasonable person would believe the object or device is a firearm. As added by P.L.94-2026, SEC.81.
