Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally distributes or offers to distribute: (1) a destructive device; (2) an explosive; or (3) a detonator; to a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age commits a Level 4 felony. As added by P.L.123-2002, SEC.50. Amended by P.L.158-2013, SEC.611.
