Sec. 16. As used in this chapter, "subcontractor" means an individual, a partnership, a firm, a limited liability company, a corporation, or other person to whom a contractor sublets part of a contract. As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.8-1993, SEC.515.
