Grant of qualification $200,000 or less on statement certified by company officer

Sec. 35. A qualification for not greater than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) may be granted if the statement furnished is certified as correct by an officer of the company. As added by P.L.85-1991, SEC.3.
