Lease or contracts for performance of historical pageants and admissions and maintenance of facilities

Sec. 44. The board may enter into a lease or contracts with not-for-profit corporations providing detailed terms and conditions for: (1) the performance of historical pageants and entertainments; and (2) the charging of admissions and maintenance of the facilities. The contract must not extend for a longer term than the term of the bonds. As added by P.L.74-1986, SEC.11.
