Sec. 3.5. As used in this chapter, "park governor" means the following: (1) The executive, if a township park and recreation board is not established under section 5.5 of this chapter.
(2) The township park and recreation board, if a township park and recreation board is established under section 5.5 of this chapter. As added by P.L.271-1993, SEC.5.
