Review and notification not completed within time period; contract considered acceptable

Sec. 11. If: (1) the review; and (2) the notification of the review results, including the written statement under section 9(b) of this chapter, if applicable; are not made within the time required under section 6 of this chapter, the contract shall be considered acceptable and the county officer may execute the contract.
