Reference to excluded city includes town of Cumberland

Sec. 3. After December 31, 2026, any reference in: (1) the Indiana Code; (2) the Indiana Administrative Code; or (3) any resolution; to an excluded city, unless expressly provided otherwise, is considered a reference to the town. As added by P.L.52-2025, SEC.2.
