Sec. 4. If a petition is filed under section 2 of this chapter, the town clerk-treasurer shall give notice under IC 5-3-1 of the following: (1) The filing of the petition. (2) The day, time, and place of a hearing on the petition. As added by P.L.258-1993, SEC.1.
