Sec. 23.5. (a) If a unit fails to meet the deadlines set forth in this chapter, the unit shall: (1) forfeit any regulatory fee owed by the applicant; and (2) refund any regulatory fee that has been paid by the applicant; to the unit. (b) This section does not apply if a unit fails to meet a deadline set forth in this chapter as a result of a delay described in section 23 of this chapter. As added by P.L.73-2026, SEC.18.
