Prohibition on service as public safety telecommunicator

Sec. 9. Subject to section 8 of this chapter, after December 31, 2023, an individual may not work as a public safety telecommunicator for a unit unless the individual has completed the unit's training program established under section 6 of this chapter. As added by P.L.13-2022, SEC.2.
