Debt service on bonds or notes

Sec. 3. Debt service on bonds or notes issued under this chapter may be paid from any funds of the works board available to pay the debt service, as determined by the city-county legislative body as set forth in IC 5-1-14-4. As added by P.L.37-1988, SEC.27.
