Sec. 14. The department shall assist a county that adopts a siren coverage plan to do the following: (1) Implement the plan. (2) Obtain federal and other grants to enable the county to implement the plan. As added by P.L.89-2008, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.1-2009, SEC.173.
