PFAS labeling requirement

Sec. 2. After June 30, 2024, an Indiana fire department may not purchase firefighter gear unless it contains a permanently affixed label indicating whether or not the firefighter gear contains a PFAS chemical. As added by P.L.78-2023, SEC.1.
