Sec. 6. The governor shall designate a member of the task force to serve as chairperson of the task force. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings but may vote only in order to decide a tie vote. As added by P.L.228-2019, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.87-2026, SEC.2.
