"Agent of a covered foreign principal"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "agent of a covered foreign principal" means a person who meets all of the following: (1) A person who either: (A) is an agent, a representative, an employee, or a servant; or (B) acts in any capacity at the order, request, or under the direction or control; of a covered foreign principal. (2) A person whose activities are directly or indirectly financed in whole or in part by a covered foreign principal. (3) A person who engages in political activity on behalf of a covered foreign principal in Indiana. As added by P.L.131-2026, SEC.2.
