Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "state agency" means any of the following: (1) An authority, a board, a commission, a committee, a department, a division, or other instrumentality of state government. (2) The Indiana finance authority created by IC 5-1.2-3. As added by P.L.44-2026, SEC.1.
