Sec. 6. The governor shall appoint a public access counselor at a salary to be fixed by the governor. The public access counselor shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. As added by P.L.70-1999, SEC.4 and P.L.191-1999, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.171-2024, SEC.3.
