Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "law enforcement officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 5-2-1-2. (b) The term includes a member in the military police force of the Indiana National Guard while exercising police powers in accordance with IC 10-16-23-3. As added by P.L.171-2011, SEC.2.
