Conditions for granting credit application

Sec. 18. After receipt of an application, the corporation may enter into an agreement with the applicant for a credit under this chapter if the corporation determines that the taxpayer's proposed investment satisfies the requirements of this chapter. As added by P.L.191-2005, SEC.15.
