Sec. 20. (a) The initial fee for a food hall master permit is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). (b) The annual renewal fee for a food hall master permit is five thousand dollars ($5,000). (c) The commission shall deposit all fees collected under this section into the enforcement and administration fund established under IC 7.1-4-10. As added by P.L.285-2019, SEC.55.
