Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "utility company" means: (1) a: (A) public utility; (B) municipally owned utility; or (C) not-for-profit utility; that provides water or wastewater service; or (2) a regional sewer or water district. As added by P.L.189-2015, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.98-2016, SEC.3.
