Sec. 7.8. As used in this chapter, "TDSIC plan", or plan, means a public utility's plan for eligible transmission, distribution, and storage system improvements over the course of a period of: (1) at least five (5) years; and (2) not more than seven (7) years. As added by P.L.89-2019, SEC.2.
