Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "rate year" refers to a particular year in a multi-year rate plan with respect to which: (1) authorized base rates; and (2) adjustments to base rates, including adjustments based on an electricity supplier's performance in meeting performance metrics serving as the basis of all applicable PIMs; are in effect.
