Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "grease trap" means a watertight tank designed to: (1) intercept; (2) congeal; and (3) retain or remove; fats, oils, and grease from wastewater before the wastewater is discharged into a sewer system. As added by P.L.95-2026, SEC.1.
