Sec. 3. A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a semiquincentennial license plate under this chapter upon doing the following: (1) Completing an application for a semiquincentennial license plate. (2) Paying the fee under section 5 of this chapter. As added by P.L.154-2024, SEC.1.
